Banca Transilvania is known for supporting small entrepreneurs, and they’ve been doing it for almost a decade. They came to us to help bring more of these small businesses on board. Their brief? Keep it funny and relatable.

We approached it by connecting with entrepreneurs through their lowest moments instead of idealized ones. We believe in their potential to become the next big name in the market, but we also understand what it’s like to feel like shit sometimes.

My role was to create the campaign’s visual materials (banners, prints, ads) and set the art direction for the TVCs. Through lively photography and honest, real-life situations, we put entrepreneurs in the right spotlight. The result is a warm campaign that gives you the push to think about your financial goals, while also offering a shoulder to lean on.
